We didn't build Skylight for people who want an easy job.
When the pandemic paused us for a year, the ones who stayed weren't chasing quiet shifts or easy money. They believed a night out could become a memory people keep for years. That's still exactly who we hire. If you want to clock in, do the minimum, and clock out, this place will bore you.
