Level Up Nha Trang

Eleven years ago, I bet on Vietnam.

I opened Skylight with one belief: Nha Trang deserves world class. Since that day, #TeamSKYLIGHT has worked on one thing: raising the standard.

Today I lead two teams. Skylight, in hospitality, here in Nha Trang. And GAM Esports, in gaming, for all of Vietnam. They look like different worlds. To me, they are the same fight. Whether it is on a stage in Paris or on a rooftop in Nha Trang, I want the world to see what Vietnam can do. Leveling up is all about raising your standards. That is the work, in esports and in hospitality. I am just trying to do my part.

That is why we are opening our Skylight playbook. Our training games. Our service standards. Our way. Free, for any team in Nha Trang that wants them.

Some people ask me: aren't you afraid your competitors will copy you?

Here is the truth. In Nha Trang, I don't see competitors. I see teammates. Our real competition is Bangkok. It is Bali. It is Phuket. Every night, travelers around the world choose where to go next. I want them to choose Nha Trang. And no single venue can win that alone. A guest does not remember one great night in an average city. They remember a city where every night was great.

I want to be honest with you. I am not sharing this because we have it all figured out. We don't. After 11 years, we still get things wrong every week. I am sharing it because these lessons took us a long time to learn, and maybe they can save you some time. I hope some of it adds value to your team. That is all.

So take our games and run them with your team. Take our standards and make them better than ours. A playbook is just paper. What makes it real is living it every single day. Nobody can copy that. But everybody can build their own.

When your team levels up, we all win. Your guests become our guests. Our guests become yours. And Nha Trang becomes a place the world must visit.

One team can raise a venue. A whole city can raise the standard.

Level up your team. Level up Nha Trang.
