Your first shift
Nobody expects you to be perfect on day one. Just show up, watch, and ask.
- 1Meet your shift leader, get your uniform and your schedule.
- 2Tour the venue: the skydeck, the restaurant, the bar, your team's area.
- 3Shadow a teammate for the shift. Watch how they welcome guests and help with the small things.
- 4End of shift: ask at least one question, and get home safe. Tomorrow you take one more step.
